Targeting the Vagus Nerve
icyRelief has been specifically designed to target the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve runs closest to the skin on the sides of the neck, and is linked to the stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system or “rest and digest” system. Stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system has been found to reduce both nausea and heartrate.
